CTTi has trained electronics technicians since 1999 and now runs 10 training centers across the United States, Mexico and Costa Rica, plus a mobile center that brings certification to the customer's own floor. The old site could not keep up: six IPC certification programs, nine CTTi-built classes, three delivery formats and a schedule that changes by location had to be findable in seconds by a production manager on a phone.
The site also had to speak to two audiences in two languages, support students already enrolled, and turn a quote request for onsite training into a real lead with the details a trainer needs.
